She pulls from a variety of backgrounds, including McKenzie, Postural Restoration Institute, SFMA and Mulligan, to name a few, as well as incorporating techniques from her background in yoga. Most recently she has begun study in the rehabilitation of diastis recti which is a separation of the rectus abdominis muscle which can occur after pregnancy.
