What is Physical Therapy?
The practice of physical therapy is the integration of examination, history, analysis, and restoration of movement dysfunction. Physical Therapy is concerned with health promotion, and injury prevention. The goal is to develop, maintain, and restore maximum movement and functional ability. The method of physical therapy sees full and functional movement as at the heart of what it means to be healthy.

Paula Webster graduated in 1998 in the field of physical therapy from the University of Hartford. She also holds a certification in strength and Conditioning. Since graduation her clinical experience includes general orthopedics, sports medicine, adolescent strength training and adolescent spinal dysfunction. She is the founder of the Six Degrees of Freedom program for children with adolescent spinal deformities.
